Visitors are required to show a valid COVID Certificate (coronavirus entry pass) before entering the museum. You can show the QR code of your European Digital COVID Certificate (EU DCC) in your COVID app or the printed version of the certificate at the entrance to the museum. You are also required to show a valid ID.

- archaeology and restoration students with a valid student ID
- Croatian war veterans and the children of killed and missing Croatian soldiers (holding a valid proof of their status)

-    professional guidance for groups of pupils and students from Croatia – free

-    the maximum number of participants per group and tour guide is 25 people

- on the recommendation of the civil protection headquarters a maximum of 15 people may be present in the museum

Due to great interest, please book a rental period, from 10 am to 1 pm, on the phone number +385(0)51 / 237-346. VR headsets are available at the Osor Archaeological Collection.

 Professional guidance for the Museum collections should be previously notified by phone or e-mail, not later than 1 day before arrival. External tour guides are allowed to lead visitors through the Collections only on prior approval from the Lošinj Museum.
