''Shaping and reshaping. Eternal spirit's eternal pastime.“
 J. W. Goethe

"These personal imageries describe the inner space of psyche in which the reality still remains clearly formed, and plans of the paintings are only commencing to separate giving space to underpainted traces of sense. Like being half-asleep – locations and people inside are real, but logic which relates them is not daily.
The world of painting becomes the mirror of reality which stops for a moment before the vision has been completed. This aberration from completeness makes the heart go on.
The body we see in canvases is the ultimate testimony of our presence. It is the measure of proportion but at the same time it is unproportional in aspirations of its spirit. Here lies its beauty. Something of the organic living substance, and also the body, has always been inside the matter of paintings; the logic of intuition joins them together again.
The paintings were created in the loft, above the city alive or asleep, and they gather their strength from this median spot, longing for higher spheres of thoughts, and yet acting low above sea-level.
I would like to define them as human."
