Nenad Levinger

Levinger's ''Secret water colours'' have been created over the years, in the margin of the ''genuine paintings'', hidden in the eye of the artist himself. They were only to be composed and equipped with the passpartout and the frame. Small in size, but powerful in condensed artistic expression, these paintings present a specific intimate confession of artist's inner reexamination and desires. On the boundaries of conscious and subconscious, visible and invisible, figurative and abstract, it emerges an entirely peculiar world of shapes and colours, dedicated significantly to God and woman.
